Report a translation problem
That mostly only affects double clicking in file manager.
If you are using a old mouse, chances are your click resetting plate thingy on the button has got pressed too much. If your warranty is already expired, then you can open the mouse and try to bend it back into shape. (since your warranty is already expired, you dont need to worry about voiding the warranty by opening it).
If not expired, then you can send it back for repairs / replacement.
Or you can apply temporary software fixes. Try googling for "left button double click fix". There are a few links to softwares you can download to fix the issue. I have tried one of these software in the past, but cannot really recommend it due to poor interface and no configurability.
