Can "Double-click to Inspect" be disabled in Endless?
I have an old Razer mouse that occasionally double-clicks, so in Story mode I found that simply using the keyboard to inspect was vastly preferable to accidentally entering Inspect mode while dragging papers around. I didn't buy the upgrade and everything went well enough.

In Endless, I am not given that choice. All upgrades are available, installed and (as far as I can tell) cannot be disabled.

Is it possible to disable upgrades? If not, what is the likelihood that the developer could patch in this feature? In my opinion, double-clicking is redundant when used in tandem with the keyboard input. I would much prefer to have it disabled.

Thanks in advance for any help.

What I'd like to wish for is manual configuration of double-click tolerance: not too fast, not too slow.

I think you could try playing with the control panel mouse double click speed settings

That mostly only affects double clicking in file manager.

If you are using a old mouse, chances are your click resetting plate thingy on the button has got pressed too much. If your warranty is already expired, then you can open the mouse and try to bend it back into shape. (since your warranty is already expired, you dont need to worry about voiding the warranty by opening it).

If not expired, then you can send it back for repairs / replacement.

Or you can apply temporary software fixes. Try googling for "left button double click fix". There are a few links to softwares you can download to fix the issue. I have tried one of these software in the past, but cannot really recommend it due to poor interface and no configurability.
