Bug? No Reason For Denial stamp.

Ahoy,

I'm on day 25 and I'm tasked with denying UF citizens entry on account of their filthy disease, yet the Reason for Denial stamp has disappeared and I'm receiving citations when I return their passport.

Is my game bugged or am I missing something?

The reason for denial stamp only appears after you've highlighted a discrepancy. Highlight their passport and the entry in the basic rules that says something like "deny all entrants from United Federation." After you inform them of this discrepancy the reason for denial stamp will become available.

Don't forget you need to interrogate them before the Reason for Denial stamp will become avaliable.

I tried this, but I can't highlight the rule on the page. I can't even highlight the entire page. What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind. I was trying to select the news letter pages, rather than the rulebook.

Well that mistake has cost me. No money that day. Looks like I have to start all again!
