Papers, Please
Play screen is too small. Please help?
I've tried playing in full screen and windowed, but the game only shows as a box in the middle with black all around it. I can barely see any details. Is this normal for the game? I'd say that half my screen is black. I have a 15 inch widescreen monitor. Not sure if it's 16:9 or 16:10. Thanks in advance for any replies.

This is normal. The game uses pixel-perfect scaling and aspect ratio.

For instance, if you played the game windowed and resized the window, you'll notice it leaves black space. If you make the window big enough, the game will scale in size.

I tried all 4 screen resolutions and the game screen is larger at 1366x768, but I still have black borders (which don't bother me now that I know other players have them, too). At least I can read the game text. I'm happy! :-)

This isn't normal - I accidentally clicked something to make the screen it smaller while I was playing it windowed. In other words, there are 4 ways to play - fullscreen, maximised with borders, windowed full-size and windowed half-size. The difference here is windowed full-size and half-size, where in half-size everything is near-impossible to read.

Looks like I accidentally resized the window down just a tiny bit while I was clicking away at passports, and the game adjusts. Resizing it back up fixes it.
