I don't know, maybe I just pay too much attention to detail...
i get what you're saying, the pc controls do introduce a deliberate challenge -but the obviousness of an ipad vesion of the game is undeniable. it would be, perhaps, the most appropriately matched game for ipad ever, as papers please is all about dealing with objects on a flat desk.
