Two Sisters Issue
It seems that even when I deny entrance to the guy the one sister slips me a note about, the next day they're both dead. What gives? Is it just unavoidable?

I'm curious about this one, too, since there are no discrepancies on his documents to initiate a detain

You have to use the Highlight Discrepancies button and connect his name on the passport to his name on the note the girl gave you. This allows you to detain him.

Alternatively, you can actually give the note to him. He'll say something along the lines of: "That ♥♥♥♥♥! I'll break her in two!" and then you get the detain option. I just randomly tried that earlier and it works; previously I'd always just denied his passport.

Just correlate his name on his passport and the letter, then you will get the detain option and the next day there is something in the paper like ''Dari Ludum apprehended in Grestin!''
