Spanish translation: Could we use H/V and M/F to refer to sex as happens in our ID cards?
In Spanish DNI (national ID cards) sex appears as follows:
♂:  H / V  (Masculino / Varón)
♀:  M / F  (Mujer / Femenino)

Both letters do appear and are necessary because
H could stand for both Hombre (man) and Hembra (female),
M could stand for both Mujer (woman) and Masculino (masculine).

It'd be easier for us if Sex was referred as H / V and M / F instead of just H and M. Is there a way to change this?

I'm Spanish too, and I have never made a mistake because of that. It took me a couple of seconds to understand that the game uses H (Hombre) and M (Mujer), but I still can't completely understand the point of this 2-letter thing. Why H stands for 'Masculino'? Why 'Masculino' is the first letter but 'Femenino' is the second one?

I see why this is done in 'offical' documents, but for a game like this one I'd vote for it to stay the same way it is now, since it's way easier to figure out IMO.
