Yes, it's often on sale at random times. Maybe there'll be another sale once the localisation/linux update is released.

It went on sale at the same time that Starbound was released. I got it for 5 dollars, which is half the normal price. This game is worth 20 bucks, and probably the best value for the game I've ever gotten!
