I found a ''North Korea Mod'', wich makes the game to look like you were in Asia, but, obvioulsy, it's in korean. But, that means that the game can be changed, do anybody know any other ''texture Pack''?

You can mod the beta found at dukope.com and might be able to find PP mods for said beta if you Google around.

You cannot mod the full game.

I'm not very sure if this can be a ''mod'', as I already said, someone made a texture for the full game, check it up: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=349213184

Only the appearrances of the passports etc were changed.And it is also a another language mod

You can mod the full game.But it is not easy.And doesnt contain all textures.

Yeah, that's what I mean, i know it's very hard to do it, but someone could do another one, right?
