How do I check if the Entry permit expiration date is correct?
This thing is the one that has been constantly giving me the warnings. Is there anyway I can check if it's expired or not?

check the date on the clock on the counter. if the entry permits expiration date is before the date on your clock, then it is expired

For some reason it doesn't go that well. I'll take a screenshot of one and see where it is wrong.
