I think it's like Ar-stot-tska.

In a very slavic-european way. Remember to roll the R.

definitely emphasis on "tot". othersmart, just spit out the consonants as hard as you can, like the vowels don't even matter.
I like to throw in a Russian accent. ARR-SCH-TOTZ-KAAAAA
