Even the Contraband Police has a sale.
bold of you to assume i’m rich enough to eat big macs at mcdonalds
Well, that's not the actual point. This is a ten years old game that has been on sale several times through the years, so it's very strange that it doesn't go on sale during this event, as Lucas Pope's other game, Return of the Obra Dinn, is currently discounted
User2: Ahaha! You see, sale BAD actually! I'm so smart!
User1: But I'd like a sale...
User2: But OTHER game expensive! Sale BAD! I'm so smart!

Deepest discount ever going on for this game. I added this game in my wishlist on 28th April, 2019 and finally buying it now xD
i saw it and missed it next day
welp I can definitely wait for the next one, no problems
Um... What are you talking about? Are you really comparing the price of a AAA game to an indie title? The point was, even though Papers Please is $10 full price, it was strange that there was no sale during the summer sales, as it had always happened multiple times during the game's ten-year life. Simply this. Also, all games go on sale sooner or later, whether it's indie, AA, AAA, etc... it's the rules of the market and so it's understandable that people expect a discount, whether it's a $10 game or a $60 game. Anyway, I finally bought the game during the last few days discount and I'm here after 100% completing it. What an incredible experience, I've never experienced anything like this! I've also seen The short film on youtube, it beautifully manages to capture the atmosphere of the game and do it justice, albeit with a low playing time available :D
