What am I doing wrong?

I keep getting the tickets saying I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up on day 2 and 3. Day 2 gives me nothing to go by so I keep saying no to people who aren't from the country you live in (can't spell the name) and on day 3 I keep getting tickets to the point where I lose money, this is VERY frustrating because I had day 1 down fine but day 2 and 3 are so bad I feel like I've missed something like the wrong date or whatever but I don't have a way to know the date or anything.....can someone with actual experience in this game please help me? I really want to get into it but day 3 had literally made me rage quit from an otherwise good game.

I strongly recommend you read through each day's bulletin carefully, since they will tell you everything that you need to know in order to perform your job. The nature of your job is that the rules will change on a daily basis. The day does not begin until you call the first entrant, so you can take as much time as you need to prepare.

Day 1 is easy - all you have to do is approve only people with Arstotzkan passports and deny everyone else

For Day 2, the restrictions have been relaxed and you must now allow entry to anyone who has a valid passport. Things to look out for include invalid sex, expired documents, incorrect photo, or incorrect issuing city/district.

Day 3 is similar to day 2, except foreigners must also have an entry ticket, which is not expired.

The current date can be found seen in the bottom-left corner of the booth. Issuing cities can be found in your rulebook, which you should always have open on your desk.

I seem to have the same problem on days 10+, it says invalid height or weight and I dont know how to verify the weight

Height: check the height on the left side of your booth to verify this entry.
Weight: check the scale on the bottom of your booth to verify this entry.

Gosh if you can't do the Day 3, I don't think you'll ever finish the game.

Highlight "Entrant must have a passport" in the rulebook and the empty counter (which is exactly how you got rid of the man with no passport who appeared on Day 3 - unless you actually meant Day 3, in which case I suggest rereading the bulletin again).

Yeah, if you don't read the bulletin you will have problem everytime in the game.
Just take two minutes to read it and know what is new everyday.

One more question... Day 5, I must scan all Kolatiochainsor something like than. I push SPACE to activate, but couldnät find a waz to scan. Compared face in passport with the person, but apparentlz this is not the scan thez met. What shoul'd I do?

On Day 7 (not Day 5), you must search all Kolechians who wish to pass through. To do this, you must highlight "All Kolechians must be searched" in the rulebook and their Kolechian passport in Inspection Mode. Interrogating the entrant will cause the option to search the entrant to appear. Note that searching an entrant is different to simply inspecting their documents, which is what you were trying to do.
