How exactly do I play?
I honestly have no idea what this game is about or how you play it?

You have been randomly selected to work as a border inspector for the fictional authoritarian country of Arstotzka. Your job is to read each entrant's papers to decide whether to let them through or send them away.

At the start of each day, there will be an Official Bulletin from your superiors on your desk. It is absolutely vital that you read every page carefully, because it will provide crucial information for you to perform your job correctly. You should also read the Basic Rules and Booth Info sections of your rulebook, and keep this book open on your desk so you can refer to the Regional Map and Documents sections more easily.

When you are ready to begin, press the megaphone to call the first entrant. Carefully examine the entrant's papers and look for any possible mistakes, including incorrect place names, missing documents, spelling mistakes, incorrect photo, and incorrect gender. If their papers have no errors, you must let them through. However, if you spot a mistake or inconsistency with their papers (referred to as a discrepancy), you must deny them.

Work starts at 6am and ends at 6pm unless the day is interrupted by a terrorist attack and ends early, or if a certain number of entrants has not been processed (resulting in unpaid overtime). You receive 5 credits per entrant that you correctly process. You are allowed to make two mistakes per day, after which you will be financially penalised. At the end of the day, you must use the money you have to pay your bills and keep your family alive.

Thanks, helped me out a lot. But one guy had no papers? Nothing would happen? Is this supposed to happen and when it does, what am I supposed to do?

Sometimes, an entrant will fail to hand over a document, such as their passport. In this particular case, you must open the rule book and turn to the Basic Rules section. Then, using inspection mode, you must highlight both "Entrant must have a passport" and the counter in front of the entrant. This will allow you to interrogate the entrant, who may or may not then hand over the missing document if they forgot it.

The first time this scenario will happen is on Day 3. If you turn to page 2 of the official bulletin that was on your desk at the start of this day, it explains that "Missing documents can be correlated by highlighting counter and pertinent entry in rule book". It's very important that you read every bulletin carefully - they'll tell you how to play the game.
