Storyline is fixed but with several routes. All characters except special ones are randomly generated.

Only a few entrants are scripted that 100% always get Approval for entry or Denial for entry.

But yes, each day, each game, everything is new, since most of entrants you see are RNG generated. Heck, even scripted entrant may be holding wrong documents when last game you see them were holding right ones.
