Documents get lost/save editing

1)sometimes documents what are given to me get lost below the interface when i move them. Here is no way to take them out so i need restart the day. Is here a better way?
2)somebody knows a way to edit the saves? I see somebody make a post asking where are the saves but i dont find a single info about how to change the info on them.

Happened to me a few times too, so far as i know you have to restart and theres no fix atm.

besides for the chinese language and 64 bit update in 2020, the game hasnt been updated since 2014. The dev even said he's not interested in returning to PP

I think that's saves are encrypted
