Papers Please Anti Piracy

I am loving these new anti piracy videos on youtube and I really want to make an anti piracy ending for Papers Please. But want to find a way to either remove the text from the speech bubbles when a character talks and replace it with my own text, or edit the in game text to make it say what I want. Also, with a Death ending I also want to add my own text. I have no idea how people manage to make their own anti piracy videos for other games but they're extremely talented to do so! If anyone has any pointers, i'm happy to hear them ^_^

Wait so you watch a video on anti-piracy methods in video games, and you want to create an anti-piracy mode mod for an 8 year old game that doesn't need one? Why don't you make your own game? Something completely new?

Change the journal headline mid-game P-P, to something like " This Headline is blocked. Get the full game". I don't think it would be hard to change minor text in the game, just tamper w/ the game files and you're good to go.
