Papers, Please
Game loads into menu with green lines across screen... Please help.
When I start the game (Fullscreen, windowed and software rendering) the menu loads up with horizontal green lines across the screen to the point where I cannot see any colors other than green and black

Intenté pantalla completa y no funcionó. ¿Tuviste el mismo problema?

I have the same issue, fix this.

Fixed it... Right click the game on your desktop (do not click on it through steam library) and run the game with your graphics card and not the integrated graphics. If this option is not available look up how to force it to run with your GPU (Nvidia or AMD). @mkdr

what kind of nonsense solution is that? obviously I want to run it with iGPU of course, so there are no fans running.

It's a solutions that works.... You can contact the developer @dukope on twitter, he responded to me within about a day:) He suggested running it windowed mode as well as software rendering, when that didn't work he pointed me to forcing it to run with a different graphics processor. I guess you could also try compatibility mode with windows but it didn't work for me. Are the fans on your GPU really that loud (When I switched it to my Nvidia GPU the fans do not even run when I'm playing the game)?
