Leaderboard cheaters
Every leaderboard on endless mode has someone in the number one position with the exact score of 2,147,483,647 even on the timed games where this is physically impossible, can we get these bastards VAC banned?

not to mention the game stores data locally - there is virtually no way to control cheating in a game that allows the user to have complete control of game data.

Leaderboard should just be removed, no point in promoting something that isn't accurate.

I think it's impossible. "Papers, please" isn't an online game like CS:GO, TF2 etc. therefore the VAC is not alerted by possible cheats. Let me give you an example: In the leaderboards of the GTA 5 single-player races there were people at the top of the list with 2 seconds of competition but as long as they play in single they can't be banned (I think).

Ok, but I think this game's encryption key needs an update. There's even some sick bastards that will have scores in the millions thinking that not maxing out the bits will save them from being branded a cheater, but we know, we know.

That's why I don't care about scoreboards in games anymore, it's simply not worth it.

Adding a DRM to an offline game just to make leaderboards slightly more accurate is stupid.

what hacks are they using

2,174,438,647 is the maximum value of a signed 32-bit integer, and thus the largest possible value the game's leaderboard can hold: an obvious hack
