Add Christian References, heterosexual character skins, add more masculine skins, more military skins. Start making more strait male skins and far less female skins. I say this as more than 90% of your player base are strait males.

Actually every charakter can wear all armour. You can be a Templar and wear "Doedre's Skin" with those baggy boobs hanging down, or be a witch and wear "Lioneye's Vision" sixpack body armour B-)
No NPC ever told my scion "Oh no no sorry, you can't have that Two-Hand Axe, it's certainly too heavy for you..." or my shadow "Boy you aren't gonna run around with that girly lifesprig wand you stole from your little niece, are you? Look, here I've got a proper mallet, it's only... wait, you do what, SPELL damage? Oh dear..."
