Got Banned for "third Party Software"

Hey everyone.
recently just got banned for "third party software" in POE1.
i play this game and much other games for a long time and didnt cheat or get banned in any other of this games.
someone knows what i did do wrong? support dont answer me and nothing.... i play POE 1 for years without any other software and now i got banned for no reason and i get 0 answers...

someone else got that problem?

Well, if they banned you then you did something ban worthy even if you yourself think otherwise so think back to whatever it was and adjust accordingly.

Honestly, anti-cheats are so terrible, you could have opened your OS's calculator and that could be what it banned you for. They're basically garbage.

POE's anticheat is extremely lenient. People have all sorts of overlays and other sorts of helper tools running while playing the game and they never get you banned. POE's anticheat really only bans for actual hacking or botting tools, or stuff that violates the rules they set out for 3rd party applications (such as the ultra-widescreen mod, or any sort of full automation is explicitly stated will ban you).

It supports 21:9, but not anything beyond. The ultra-wide mod goes beyond that up to the super-ultra wide standard of 32:9 which is bannable.

Third-party software is very unspecific. I use PoE Lurker, Awakened PoE Trade and Path of Building. What do you need beyond that?

Yup, because GGG has never falsely banned anyone for any reason what so ever, there isn't a hundred or so more posts like this with evidence against GGG for their false ban.

I always find it funny how people will jump into these posts like a background character with some backwards logic of "Haha its still ur fault the company is never wrong lol" and think they're clever or witty with these responses.

I dont usw any of these i really dont use any programm, so Just dont really know why i Got Banned. But i will let you Guys know as soon as i Got an answer from GGG.
And btw i didnt get Banned Till they review IT and Tell me what i did do wrong. But nvm 😂
