Minimap zoom?

Is there a possibility to zoom the (upper/right) minimap to get a better overview?

The minimap itself looks very bad (somehow as in Amiga games 20 years before) and the big map overlay don't make things better.

The minimap and big map (accessed by pressing TAB) is meant to be a solute to Diablo II

After some adjustment of the map transparency setting in the options, I find this style of map to be much less invasive than new style MMO maps... which I frequently find annoying and overly complicated. I prefer this classic to-the-point map more.

Not that I have seen.... I meant to reply to that too. I do wish there was more adjustability with both maps. I can't imagine being able to zoom in and out on the map could do any harm.

Note that transparency effects both maps, there is not separate transparency settings for each map.

I don't like the current map overlay, the areas of dot filled/hatched pathways on my screen really take away from the nice graphics underneath. I'd like to see it more minimal in terms of pixels covering the screen.

You can zoom in when you press " + " but i dont know how you can zoom out.

I played the game again and was wondering how i can zoom out the map. I googled and came across this post.

I had the same Problem. because suddenly my minimap was totally zoomed in - very annoying.
"+" and "-" on the num block zoom it in and out :)

Zooming out somehow doesn't work for me :/ nothing happenes when i press "-" .

You're lifesavers. Thanks. It's 2019 and it is still not obvious that "-" on numpad can zoom out.
