Can I kill brutus again?

I was with a group, but they went through the map like their life dependent on it and I couldn't keep up with them. They killed brutus and I wasn't even near, but I want to kill it. I will appear again or I will never be able to kill it with that character?

There is nothing stopping you from doing it again. If you recently cleared the area (15 minutes ago or less), you can Ctrl-left click the entrance (if walking there) or map icon (if using a waypoint) to reset the area. After about 15 minutes the area resets automatically.

Yeah you can redo any area over and over again as long as you wait the allocated time. All the bosses respawn.

What they said. You can farm bosses killing them and repeat, for finding good gear for example.
Remember control+click in entrance.
