Searing Exarch is critically broken since release and nobody cares

This is preposterous that I have to write about it AGAIN even though the critical bug with Searing Exarch had been reported since Siege of the Atlas expansion back in Febuary 2021, and more than a year after the boss was introduced to the game, this bug still occurs and no manpower is distributed to adress it. The gist of it is really simple: If you die to Fire of 1000 Suns attack attack and wait until the remaining rows of boulders roll across the arena before respawning, what can happen is that most of Exarch's animations will not be present afterwards in a fight, with his model sitting idly in the middle of the map, while he is actually actively moving around and working as usual trying to kill you, but you can't see almost anything (ONE ATTACK still has it's proper animation, albeit it emerges from the model in the middle of the arena). That bug can only be fixed by reloading the arena instance, so either by exiting through a portal or dying and re-entering the arena, forcing you to give up a portal. Maybe it also can be fixed by transitioning through another 1000 Suns sequence if you stay alive. In the video below you can see me firing Caustic Arrow in the middle of the arena where boss's model presumably stands, and Caustic Arrow actually splattering in a different place altogether, where the boss is actually situated at the moment of the shot.

and the absolute WORST thing in this situation is that this bug was known from AT LEAST september 1st, because back then I already made a post on that regard here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/238960/discussions/0/3422194223901154615/ albeit back then I haven't had footage of the occurance.
The fact that something so blatantly broken can stay up in this game for presumably 14 month back feels uncanny.

In the hierarchy of "places to complain about PoE bugs", steam forums are at least 4th.

3. in-game bug report
4. steam forums, shouting into the wind, and other ineffectual methods

The first two have the added feature of publicizing the issue to more people, allowing them to either support your cause, or debunk it, as applicable.

well, since I kinda figured, doubled the post on the bug report forum, because inexplicably nobody seems to know about that glaring hole of an issue, and it's a big bloody issue to be left unchecked.
