Macros?

Anyone know if its possible to create macros for the game? like lets say a button to use enduring cry, warlords mark and molten shell at the same time? lol it would keep my attention more on the fight and my hp instead of the cool downs and durations of my endurance charges and what not

got logitech g510 myself which keep pressing buffs spells every 10sec or depends about durations

Pretty sure macros that do more than one action at once or repeated actions on a timer are bannable. But macros that only do one action such as an /oos macro should be safe. As for if it's possible, autohotkey should do it with the proper script, or any keyboard/mouse program like logitech or razer should also let you program macros directly.

If I remember correctly, there are proc gems in game that let you do that sort of thing. Could be wrong though.

As long as you're not botting it is fine. In other words if you're playing the game and use macro it is find. Total automation is bannable.

Sorry for the delayed reply. We're not currently banning for the use of macros, so long as they are manually used and not automated (as this qualifies as "botting"). We will look into whether certain functionality offered by the most frequently used macros should be added to the core game as convenience and quality-of-life features.

It called "cast on damage taken" and just got nerfed. This is one of two main reason why I don't play PoE anymore.

You had played a long time before that gem had been added, though. But yes, it sucks for melee characters, though I do feel it was too strong and needed toning down. If how they did it was the ideal approach, that's probably arguable. :)

I played PoE for sometime but quit 3 months ago because of nerfing and lack of content.

Trust me you guys are playing easy mode compare to what we had to deal with in the past. Like VAAL one shoting characters with over 4k of health with full resist or map boss that killed an entire team with one AoE shot.

For the record I was against toning down the mob damage. I was against making the game easy mode. I was for making the game more harder.

I was one of a few players that max out endurance charge, 9 total. Was one of the few people that abused endurance charge and immortal call. I can micro 3 enduring cry without fail. Can keep up immortal call up forever in my melee builds.

Was one of a very few players that started abusing Discharge. I show off my Witch Tank Discharge build. I'm pretty sure Kripp did a version of it on HC with staff instead of wand/shield.

The problem isn't hard. The problem is GGG has a bad track record of nerfing stuffs. GGG trying to balance a game that can't be balance and I told them many times. Got tried of the drama.

I never wanted anything like that, i though it was really stupid and for mindless people. They added it. And then, i became mindless player, i became a sheep, then they nerfed... just as i said, and Kripp said, to piss off people. Because obviously they could release the gem how it is now, and no one will ever complain.

MGTopgun is a long time player and he knows the deal.

What is it with people that want to macro anything, if they want go play standard but keep the leagues fair to the other players.

Macro 3 buffs? Learn how to multitask, it's not hard.

Also people not playing anymore because of the OP macro gem that got nerfed, please, how about a gem that walks for you aswell to the nearest exit. If you can't see all the things that was wrong with that gem go and QQ somewhere else. CoD is very popular to QQ, i suggest to go to that forum.

That's automated and can get your account banned. I use a mouse and a speedpad and i would never dare to set it so it repeats itself every ten secs. Not only is it a noob thing to do it also is against the rules of the game.
