games there want you to enter username and password is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage
and think you should not support those games..

(when we already are logged in from steam)

If I remember correctly, you make an account then it's linked to steam so you never actually have to enter your username/pass, when you click login on the main screen it just logs you in with your steam details.

I had an account before it was released on Steam, but after linking it to my Steam account, it never asked for a user name or password anymore, and just logs in through Steam. I imagine if you start fresh now, you will use your Steam account directly. But either way, no need to type in anything. You launch the game and press login -- and play.

id imagine u would need to create an account with poe to be able to play the game. im not sure if steam now does this automatically as i played the game before it was on steam. But theres a reason they do this its very common in arpgs and mmos u have an account with characters and yo collect gear and items and level up. if you didnt have an account how could you keep accessing your account to playa the game. would be pretty stupid if they didnt have accounts lol. i know your not trolling but the sentence that you said "games that make you enter an email and password are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gamesd" and shuldnt be supported really makes no sense. there are tons of games that do this and theres reasons for it itsd a way for online games to allow there players to have their own individual account so they can porogress indicvidually of the rest of the community man come on just gotta think about it and it makes sense

No, that's bull. the only way that would make sense is with a first-party game from Valve. Any 3rd party company that is selling their game on steam can ask me to make whatever account they want.

Anyways, the game automatically logs you in through steam so it doesn't matter.

No passwords no accounts. You just select a login name for your account at start and you're done. It doesn't even open a browser window. It's all good.

Since there is no cash shop option you could use with your steam account a PoE account is simply needed in order to purchase microtransactions at some point.

a lot of thrid party titles require registering at that third party website.

ill say this though, there is a service called mask me. its a firefox browser plug in and smartphone app from the donottrackme folks. it will give you a randomised new email and password for every service you sign up to, allowing you sign up to all the third party sites you want without compromising your actual email address. this is what i do and ti works very well. if signing up at ggg is something that annoys you that might be an idea.
