Gem removal?
I just started this game, but didn't see these questions answered in the guides. Is there a way to remove gems from old weapons to re-use them? And what and how are gems linked-- it see some references to that. Thx

Just right click on a gem to pull it back out.

You can remove them, put them in any other slot of that color. There are serveral video guides on youtube about nearly anything that new players may be asking questions about.

As for linked gem sockets you can tell if they're linked by looking for a line between two gem sockets.

Shouldn't really matter in this case, players should be using trial and error and more than a little common sense.

There was no help back when the game was in closed beta/open beta and yet almost eveyone managed to figure it out and those that didn't asked in chat.
Most people could figure out that having no cold resists made hailrake and merveil much harder...or that standing in fire was bad.

This thread is over a year old, literally, I think back in 2014, the OP got the help he needed.

But did he right click?

Yes, after he learned about it earlier on. :) Now let the thread die, or I will have Dominus give you "The Light of the Divinity!"

ITT asking questions in a community forum is a grave sin and should be punished with sardonic remarks on the current state of '♥♥♥♥♥ casuls' in gaming.

This is why I'm strongly considering getting a bunch of scientists to make me a glove that allows me to use Dominus's Touch of God attack in real life. :)

Seriously, this thread is a good indication of people who need to be punched into upper Earth orbit. :)
