Life regeneration limit?

Is there a limit to life regenerated per second? like 75% in elemental resistance.

The passive point "Life Regeneration per Endurance Charge" (close to marauder's starting tree) says it increases the maximum of Life Regenerated per Second.

It increases the life regeneration based in maximum life, i was just misunderstanding.

The maximum amount of life regenerated by any one character is 90% of their total life or energy shield per second. However, it is impossible to reach this value under any circumstances besides being really low level and having alot of flat HP regen.
