Dyes?

Are there any dyes in-game (or at least a way to change colour of armour and/or weapons?

There are some cosmetic microtransactions that you can apply to weapons/armor, that may add colored effects to them, add things to items (like horns) or completely change the appearance (either to a predetermined look or when using skin transfers in player chooseable target look). There are no dyes as they appear in e.g. D3.

Microtransactions - with the exception of the skin transfers - are reusable, e.g. you only really need one of them each (except for dualwielders weapon effects).
