Pick up the stack, shift click a single splinter in your inventory, let go of shift and stack the rest to form the simulacrum.

The Simulacrum area level is always low.

As you get more delirious, it gets a lot harder. The modifiers can also be very challenging.

As for having a "weak character", the Simulacrum has been updated. The first 10-15 waves used to be really easy, basically a waste of time. The current version no longer has the easiest waves included and starts at a higher difficulty.

Import your character into Path of Building (community version).

Then, look at other people who play the same build or a very similar build. Make sure you set the Configuration the same way they do, so you have the same buffs active/disabled.

If your character has stats that are close to what the other people have, you're doing fine. If you are missing 50 % of their evasion, you might need more, but probably not quite as much as they have.

If they have 0% evasion, you have imported the wrong build and you can't compare all the stats (some might still be worth looking at, if the skills are the same).

Because as you´ve been told time and time again, that´s not how the game works.
You can´t answer question in a vaccum.

more % higher im more safe!
If you want to be safer, look at the max hit values in path of building and optimize for them. Hint: It might be far more effective to scale a different mitigation vector after getting some Armour.

Also, evasion will not stop you from dieing, as it doesn't reduce damage from hits you take. It cannot be your only defensive layer, if you wish to survive.

Judging by the mention of "armour and evasion", I'll assume you're playing a Duelist. Which Ascendency are you using; then we can recommend which defensive stats are relevant.

I play bezerker dual wielder and will play it and not change anything about that :)

So why keep complaining about your char when you don´t want to improve?

For a Berzerker, evasion isn't useless, but armour is going to be more useful, because it scales with Defy Pain (the Berzerker's main tank tool), and getting any worthwhile evasion scaling will require you to crossclass into the Duelist subtree. Now, plenty of builds DO do that, but it requires more finesse (or copying a build guide) than a "pure" Marauder would.

If you're playing PoE1 for the first time and don't want to follow a build guide, I strongly recommend playing a "pure" Marauder, Ranger, or Witch, and sticking to your corner of the skill tree, just so you have fewer stats to worry about.
