anyone knows the exact spawn rate for uber hillock?

Nobody knows what the rate of anything is in this game, but if you want that unique for whatever reason be ready to farm it for 12+ hours.

Light has a series called All4One getting every unique in SSF. It took him about 6.5 hours. That is by no means the standard but you can expect to farm for a hot minute.
