Should I be chancing all of the heavy belts I find?

I noticed they were showing up through my item filter, but I never paid them any heed, now I've looked at how much a mage blood sells for and I wonder if there's a use for my orbs of chance. I know it can't be that easy so I'm not going to hold my breath but is there any chance of an orb of chance creating a mage blood when used on a heavy belt?

The wiki says it can be chanced. Here I go picking up another item!

a couple of leagues ago, theres a dude who made a vid on using ancient orbs at the end of league. u kno, just to see what happens. i'll see if i can find it.
