You get the Eldritch Embers and Eldritch Ichors, which allow you to add 2 implicit modifiers on armor. The armor cannot be Influenced or Unique.
"If The Searing Exarch is dominant, remove a prefix modifier" means: if the Exarch modifier has a higher tier, one of the prefix mods will be removed randomly. A regular Orb of Annulment will just pick any random modifier.
You can use this currency and others like it to increase your chances of getting certain outcomes. So basically better & less risky crafting, but at the cost of needing to get the special currency.
If this for some reason doesn't show, look for the advanced tooltips checkbox in the options, it should be enabled.
Its very low droprate so I have one. I tryed use it.
I understand your text. But why I want delete something? I want a better ring yes but delete a mod no idea?
Orb of Annulment are low droprate too :(
I used 200 chaos orb on a armor and I dont get it good :(
Eldritch Orb of Annulment will delete that bad mod hopefully and put in anotehr mod hopefully?
And whether it's chance based depends on how many choices it has to remove a mod. If only 1 mod fits the criteria, it can only remove that mod, hence it would be deterministic in that case.
