How to craft "Damage over time multiplier" on your Weapon?

Looking for recipes for "Damage over time multiplier" and " xx% Fire Damage over time multiplier", don't think I have any luck...

go to craft of exile -> looke for the base item you want / import it from your game with CTRL + ALT + C -> use the "search for an affix" -> write "Damage over time" in there and look at the options it shows you (fire damage over time can be shaper influence aswell) and i think Essence of Delirium gives Damage over time on Amulets but they are pretty expensive right now.
