crashing on certain part of map

my friend and i started playing and we visited Crossroads, i entered with no problem but my friends game crashed to windows.
so i went a bit further to the Broken Bridge and opened a teleport for my friend, but same thing happened to him!!

Try changing to DirectX 11 or 12, or Vulkan.

Sometimes certain instances of an area can be bugged. Hold Ctrl when clicking on the area to create a fresh instance. (They reset in about 8-15 minutes if left empty, so they are already refreshed.)
