Wheres the medicine chest? (Im new)

Ok so I was doing the mercy quest and when i got to the tidal island place there were no enemies, Ive watching gameplay on youtue on how to get it, but there is NO ENEMIES, so there is NO BOSS that drops the chest, Someone tell me a fix please.

The medicine chest is a drop from from Hailrake, Tidal Island's zone boss. If Tidal Island is empty for you, then you may have been in a party with someone who already cleared it, in which case you'd need to open a new instance.

First, just to be sure, press Tab and check the name of the area you're in (top right of the screen), to make sure you're in the correct area.

If you are, leave to the The Coast, and then re-enter Tidal Island. However, don't just click on the entrance to Tidal Island - hold Ctrl while clicking it. This will bring up a list of all instances of that zone that you have currently access to. Click "New", and the game should create a new Tidal Island zone for you, with enemies, including Hailrake.

it usually consists of killling stuff..... if you dont have the quest and youre in the next chapter ? just go back, and kill more stuff hehehe.
