Quest reward & a full inventory

Greetings,

I haven't played in a while, and I think there was a way to get this back. Recently I completed a quest where I received book of skill reset...or something like that. But I could not put the reward in my bag due to a full inventory.So I dragged the reward to the ground thinking I could pick it up after I made some space in my inventory. Nope. Now I don't have the book or the reset points. Is there any known way to get this back?

Talk to the NPC and click the "*name of quest* reward" talk option
