"Always Highlight" in UI settings keeps turning off, so all loot vanishes?
It seems to happen a lot in maps.
It also just happened on merciless Malachai. Boy, I hope he didn't drop any loot as by the time it occured to me in town that it highlight may have turned off some place other than maps, there was nothing on the ground.

Are you sure you're not pressing Z or whatever hotkey disables "Always Highlight"?

I'm not sure of that.
Weird that it just started happening when I started running maps and it happens all the time in there but with the exception of a Malachai run, nowhere else.
At first I suspected my filter.
