All Waypoint Achivement bugged/unobtainable

This achievement appears to be impossible to acquire? I got all zones showing up on the map, but I just can't get the achievement.

As previous players didn't reply (and hence neither confirm nor deny my working hypothesis) I'm hesitating to ask this, but

Did you tag the waypoints for Oriath Square prior to destruction in act 5 (before the Innocence fight)?
Did you acquire the waypoint for Karui Shores in the Epilogue's storyline?

Yes, I made SURE to tag whatever waypoint would be ruined after Innocence.

And I believe I did.

EDIT: No, I doubt I actually got Karui Shores. What the hell is that even?

Oh, I guess that's why the achievement never worked previous leagues, because they were GOING to add a new waypoint.

did it a week ago make sure you got the wayoint after you first sirius kill , + the masters (nico einhar- the lab and stuff) and the libary in act which i mostly forgot

Wow, last December, still doesn't excuse the achievement being unable to attain for several years, ever since the difficulties were removed, up until now.

I don't think it has been broke that long, I think it has broken a few times over the years the game has been running. I got the achievement last year, so this would have been during Legion.

It was unobtainable in Betrayal for sure, as well as Incursion. Also during Harbingers it was wonky where some got it and others didn't.

It was unobtainable in Betrayal for sure, as well as Incursion. Also during Harbingers it was wonky where some got it and others didn't.

That's not even a complete year if we count the wonky season.

These are the leagues I attempted it and can confirm it didn't work, there are reports of likewise for other leagues. Albeit this league, it's not a bug, just that they added a new one.

I just got Locomancer when i logged in today and hit the act 9 waypoint for some reason (act 9 waypoint was my default waypoint for my shadow i abandoned from harvest league)

The steam or both ingame and steam achievement?

Because upon login with the steam client there's a resync of steam achievements. Your ingame achievements (see achievements panel, default hotkey 'h') are send to steam. So you even get those that aren't unlocked by that character.

After the migration process it could be that some (pre-existing?) character got the Karui Shore WP from it or so and then fulfilled the achievement.

I forgot to mention that i beat Sirus a long time ago, i think early-mid Harvest league. I also only unlocked the Dread Thickets Waypoint a couple weeks back, which i think was the only missing one by then
