Quill Rain help.
The help I'm looking for is: Where can I farm for Quill Rain? Where is it most likely to drop??

I would suggest to buy it from another player. You can search for offers at http://poe.trade/ .

PoE has several hundreds of uniques, it's not really practical to hunt for a particular drop (in my experience).

No unique item is set to drop from any specific location. It is all random. The only restriction is that you be in a zone high enough level to match the level of the unique you are looking for.
