Letters on my skills?
I noticed a C on my leap slam a while ago in the top right corner, Now it's an M with a t below it. Anyone know what it means?

The skills are modified by support gems that are linked to it.

You can see some of the colors and letters at http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Support_gem (hint: The coloring corresponds to the colors of the support gem)

This type of display is useful e.g. when you have a skill with different linked gems for different situations (e.g. to kill a boss with a version of the skill for single target instead of multi-target or even to put some magic find (Item Rarity) on it (most likely combined with Culling Strike)). So you can differantiate them on the skill bar. You can also check if a link even works (if you are unsure), as only working linked gems will be displayed there.
