How do I get Watchstones?

I'm mapping, getting up to t3-t4 and have yet to see a watchstone.

Watchstones only drop from conquerors or maven invitations. You need to do the first atlas quest (find and kill Baran) to get the first one.

I think zana and the conquerers start at t4? Just keep doing Maps and at some Point zana will appears and after that you gonna be visited by your first conquerer

you need to get to T4 maps and kill the boss for the first part of the quest to advance,

After that you need to use the wastchstones based on what the pillar says. So if the pillar says needs two watch stones. You need to place in two stones and run maps that are the same level presented on the atlas.

So if you need two stones and the maps on the atlas in the zone where you spawning the conqueror are presented as lvl 9-11 you need to run level 9-11 maps in that zone.
