Do all frenzy bonuses apply to affliction with Olesya's Delight?

If I use Olesya's Delight belt and I have also other bonuses to Frenzy Charges (than + to minimum and maximum FC), will these bonuses apply to the Affliction Charges?

No, the Maven belt charges are all their own separate type, BUT if you use Ralakesh's Impatience boots, you'll get both the frenzy charge effects and any buffs to/derived from frenzy charges (i.e. Redeemer rings with "adds # to # damage per frenzy charge"), on top of still being able to get affliction charges.
