but now after 1-2 league. i can complete the campaign speed rushing in a day or 2. i think since im still quite new.
ill be able to get done in less than 6 hours. after another league.
But I'd say it's a waste of time since the game doesn't reward your time spent on reading lore.
POE1 doesn't have much of cinematic to explain the game story, even after 10 years of the game development.
Which means even the game developer doesn't care about the story.
So it's the same "hack and slash some baddies, repeat, end", as any other cheap mobile games that doesn't need to explain the story in-game.
Long way to go for GOTY-wannabe.
But as said, they are only a very small part of the game, and the story continues after that.
If you are interested in the lore, would recommend kittencatnoodle on yt, she got act lore videos and endgame stuff.
Would also recommend to ignore whatever the person above said, they are trolling the steam forum forever.
https://discord.gg/pathofexile is a better place to ask for help etc, the channels there are moderated so you don´t have people like that one in it
There's no grinding to complete the story (acts) and if you're actually in it for the story you'll actually be overleveled.
I don't get why most people have ignored your question and are acting as if you're just trying to beat the game haha
You will miss a lot of lore just playing the campaign. It's like Elden Ring where a lot is told through environmental story telling and flavor text on items.
Compared to Diablo, where you click on NPCs and read walls of text.
The gameplay is killing baddies, repeat, end. After you beat the game, you increase the difficulty and do it again.
