I can't identify items
I right click the Scroll of Wisdom and then I left click an unidentified item but it doesn't work

blue, gold or ornage items?
And are you maybe trying to use a scroll fragment or maybe mistaking something eles as a wisdon scroll?

I'm sure I'm using the scroll of Wisdom and not a fragment

Press F1 and it shows you the current connectivity with server. If you see a straight line, it means your connection to server is lost.

Usually when this is happening, if you try to identify an item, even though you hear clicking sound from UI, your item will not be identified.
