Hi ! You could create a character in the standard league to learn a little more about the game. When the new league releases on July 26, you will be able to create another character. You will then be able to try a new build as well as discover the mechanics of the new league

You can find plenty of videos on Youtube explaining POE and his mechanics. You can also download Path of Building if u want to create your own build by yourself. Or use links of some players and copy paste the link in the app.
