Is there a guide of the skills I need to get this achievement?

Just use an old char you don't play anymore that has a complete respec, get the raise zombie skill and spec every node on the tree that raises zombies. If that doesn't suffice, get some Boots of Ullr etc.

I was guessing that, but I can't find all the skills on the tree, I have 6 currently?

That tree with Bones of Ullr and Queen's Decree or an Undying Flesh Talisman should do it.

Some "online" passive tree tools, such as the official one (link see Locos post) or https://poebuilder.com , have search functionality. Searching for "zombie" should the nodes you need (which in the link have already been selected). There are also programs to download that have this feature. Planning your build with such tools can be far easier than purely ingame.
