Kirac quests?

I'm finishing up tiers 3 and 4, and outside of the tier 1 mission I haven't received anything new from Kirac, If I recall correctly he used to give a mission every tier for the first 5 tiers or so? or maybe every other tier? I also have yet to get a "daily" mission from him,

I've redeemed all 3 of his free tier vault offerings, so that isn't part of it, is it just that much more rare to get Kirac map missions? I wish the scouting reports would drum up a mission rather than just modifying the one that are already available (which in my case is none)

It's indeed quite uncommon, at least if you haven't specced into Kirac mission chance on the atlas passive tree.

I haven't played for like a year or so, returned for Settlers and discovered that myself.
Previously he was a subject of "+1 quest per day", as with the rest of the masters, and sometimes completing the map randomly gave you a random master mission as well, including Kirac's.

Now dailies are gone, master appearance on maps without Atlas passives seem to be close to "never". As for Kirac - even with related Atlas passives buffing the chance to get his missions - there are fairly uncommon, I'd say 1 per 10 maps or so, roughly.
