Siosa - 1x Unpolished Gemme?

Where do i get these? If u do the Quest u get one of these and than..?
cant find anything online.. in german its "ungeschliffene gemme" a red item he wants.. for the skill gems

Do other quests to get the Uncarved Gemstones, then use those to get skill gems from Siosa. You can also get skill gems as random drops.

Oh Lani Gave me a Second One for a Finished Quest > Uncarved Gemstone

Some skills like

Spark
are not naturally offered as a Quest Reward in the core game, therefore also not available from Quest Rewards in Ruthless; these skills are only available from Siosa in exchange of an Uncarved Gemstone quest item (up to 3 per character), or as random drops.

i see its the ruthless game mode that makes it harder i guess ._.
