[BUG] Amber bar production - Petrified ore

I was unable to upgrade the docks because I never had enough petrified ore, the issue is that the amber bar production continues even if you have no smelters assigned.

The workaround was to wait to have 0 gold, allocate enough petrified ore on maps, add a lot of miners for petrified ore, add gold to start the mining in a way it will accumulate faster than the smelting can consume it. You should stay and wait until you hit 80 and click the upgrade button, if you leave, it will be turned into bars.

So the smelters smelt everything no matter their allocation. This happens with all ores, so if you want to accumulate any ore, you need to remove them all, upgrade, assign them back...

I've been scratching my head all through Act 4 but just saw the tooltip - 'If there is no mined Ore of that type, Smelters will smelt other Ores instead.' - hopefully this can be made an option you toggle on/off but for now I have to remember to idle all the smelters before venturing out

You can also remove gold from the city. It's next to the button to add gold.
