Fix the Freeze/Crash

all drivers updated. virus scan ..reboots..check integrity files..uninstal reinstall..still freezes randomly

Also having this issue tried just about everything I can think of, similar specs to OP but AMD ryzen 7 3700X instead as a major difference. Did not have this issue at all last time I played a few leagues ago. Only weird but good part is this happens only in town but still extremely frustrating having to randomly start the game up again every 10-20 minutes

I've been getting this a lot in town.. almost seems like the mouse tooltips are causing it - mousing over passives and comparing gear. starts as a total freeze, then clicking causes windows to pop up saying it's not responding

i just gave up, this league looked funny but, i crash when i change areas and now when i launch the game. ryzen 7 5800H rtx 3700 32 gb ram windows 11 and dx12. playing at 1080

Same here, i keep dying because of the dmm freezes i was so enthusiastic about playing this league i think I'm gonna put it down for a few weeks

I can't even open the game. I keep getting "createtexture2D" errors, and I can't find anything on how to fix it. Found a post that said running "packcheck.exe" from the root folder will fix it, but I don't even have a packcheck.exe.

Ridiculous.

None of you guys ever say what API you're using.
I haven't crashed once on DX12, but experienced crashes in past leagues in Vulkan. Try changing your rendering API in-game.

problem solved for me changing directX version, no matter the version, just change it
